Description:   This is a program that times jobs or activities.  It isn't a
					timer daemon, but stores a temporary file in the user's $HOME
					directory containing the name of the project/activity worked
					on, and the time the work was started.  Upon turning worktimer
					'off' worktimer determines the amount of time elapsed and writes
					this information to 2 files: one an information file, and the
					other containing the same information in quote comma quote
					delimited form that can be imported into some spreadsheets or
					databases.  Its a neat way of timing one's activities during
					a work day, and provides a record of all activities one wishes
					to use it to record.
