Description:    Little program to tune your guitar or other instrument
		It uses a fourier transform to tell you which note you
		just played. You can set the tuning by playing what
		you want the low E to be and it will name the notes
		relative to it. Includes source and binaries.
		This version just uses a different fourier transform
		because the old one had copyright problems
