This is Steel Bank Common Lisp (SBCL) is a Open Source development
environment for Common Lisp.

This package was compiled on Slackware 9.1 using optimizations for
i686/athlon. Normally I stick to using i486 opcodes since the
improvements gained by dropping support for i486/i586 are usually
marginal at best, but in this case I think most people interested
in running SBCL will have i686 hardware (or better). I'd consider
making an i486 arch package (using -march=i486 -mcpu-i686) if
there are requests for it, though.

Enjoy,

Pat <volkerdi@slackware.com>
