DVDStyler will have to be build as a stand-alone app in /opt.

The build order should be:

 - mpgtx, mjpegtools, dvdauthor: installed to /usr
 - compile xwGTK 2.8.3 and then wxsvg to /opt/DVDStyler
 - build DVDStyler to /opt/DVDStyler, then package everything

This is necessary to prevent apps compiled againts wxGTK 2.6.3 from
breaking.
