MENhir, a collection of macros to add IDE functionality to NEdit.

MENhir can be downloaded either as one single compressed file:

MENhir.tar.gz All files listed below in binary, compressed format.

or as separate, non-compressed source files:

README Tells it all.

ide_util.nm General purpose routines.

ide_compile.nm Interaction with compilers (LaTeX, Fortran, etc).

ide_shell.nm Routines for setting up a link to the external debugger.

ide_debutil.nm General routines for debugging.

ide_break.nm Debugging routines for setting breakpoints.

ide_run.nm Debugging routines for running and stepping.

ide_watch.nm Debugging routines for setting watches.

ide.nedit Contains the key bindings.

neditmacro A sample of a ~/.neditmacro file.

menhir The Perl script that maintains the link with the debugger.

nnnedit A script to call NEdit via the C-shell. This is necessary since under bash and its friends the shell_command(progname,"") waits until progname has finished.

test.f A Fortran test program.

test2.f Subroutine for testprogram test.f.
