Contents of README:
This is fips20. This tool can be used to shrink a DOS/Windows partition
on your harddrive in order to make room for OpenBSD.

Fips20 does know how to handle Fat32, so it can deal with Windows95.
It is strongly recommended you read the included documentation carefully
before fiddling with your hard drive.

MAKE BACKUPS !

This program is included as a convenience. It is up to you to decide
whether you want to use it, and the risks you incur.

Author's directions imply ALL files must be included.

If you are paranoid, we have provided an md5 checksum for
the msdos executables.

If you have network access, you are strongly urged to connect to the
author's page at
<URL:http://www.igd.fhg.de/~aschaefe/fips/fips.html>
to check for bugs, recent versions, etc.
