Liboobs 2.29.90, 2010-02-08

Liboobs version 2.29.90 "Frosty" has been released.

- OobsService is now an OobsObject, which should normally be committed separately
- Don't remove unknown users from /etc/group (LDAP compliance)
- Disable HAL support by default (Javier Jardón)
- Make all OobsObjects real singletons
- Ensure passwords are erased from memory
- Fix reference counting with OobsUsers and OobsGroups
